“Win Your Blinds” Contest

1. Organizer

This contest is organized by True Blinds Inc, 9621539 CANADA INC. (the “Organizer”). Contact: info@trueblinds.com

2. Contest Period

From April 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM (ET) to June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET).

3. Eligibility

Open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory.

Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, suppliers, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must:

• a) Make a purchase on trueblinds.com during the contest period
• b) Take a BEFORE photo
• c) Take an AFTER photo
• d) Submit both photos by either:
• • Posting on Facebook or Instagram and tagging @trueblinds or
• • Posting a review with photos on the product page

Each eligible order equals one (1) entry. Multiple orders = multiple entries.

5. Prize

One (1) prize is available: a refund equal to the total value of the winner’s order (before taxes and shipping), up to a maximum of $1,000 CAD.

The prize is nontransferable and nonexchangeable for cash, except as stated.

6. Draw

The draw will take place on July 15, 2026.

Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible received during the contest period entries. Odds depend on total number of eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by email within 5 business days.

They must respond within 10 business days or another entrant may be selected.

To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a skill testing question (required by law).

8. Refund

The refund will be issued within 30 days after winner confirmation, using the original payment method or by transfer, at the Organizer’s discretion.

9. Use of Content

By submitting photos, participants grant the Organizer a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, and publish the photos for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media and website use.

10. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or any events beyond its control affecting the contest.

The Organizer is not liable for any damages arising from participation in the contest or use of the prize.

11. Personal Information

Personal information will only be used for contest administration and will not be shared, except as required.

12. General Rules

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time if required.

Any attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the contest is a violation of the law.

By entering, participants agree to these official rules and the decisions of the Organizer.

13. Applicable Laws

This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable Canadian laws.

14. Disputes

Any disputes to this contest shall be resolved by the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

15. Skill-Testing Question

The selected winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to claim the prize.
